Distance contract

This contract is entered into between the owner of the online store www.ozihome-shop.lv, SIA “OZI Home”, unified registration No. 40103742865, legal address: Pavasara iela 2, Sigulda, LV-2150, represented by its board member Zita Īle-Onckule (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the Buyer, who places an order and makes a purchase on the online store www.ozihome-shop.lv. This Distance Contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the online store www.ozihome-shop.lv. This Distance Contract does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer in the Seller’s physical retail stores. The Buyer orders, purchases, and pays for the goods, and the Seller delivers and sells dog paw wax (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) in accordance with the terms of this contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).

Delivery and Payment terms
When you select the desired product, add it to the shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and make the payment using the payment method that suits you best (PayPal account or the Paysera payment system, which includes major online banks such as Swedbank, SEB Banka, Luminor, and Citadele, as well as Visa and Mastercard payments). Payments can be made in EUR (euro). After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation message and an invoice for your purchase via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the order has not been accepted. We will receive a notification of the new purchase and will begin preparing and dispatching the goods. Order processing begins once the payment has been credited to the Seller’s account.

Customer responsibilities and personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate information, including their full name, delivery address, and contact details, and to click the “Order” button. The Buyer agrees to inform the Seller of any changes no later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by sending an email to info@ozi-home.lv. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information; otherwise, delivery of the Goods cannot be guaranteed. Placing an order is considered the Buyer’s offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance Contract for the delivery of the ordered Goods and the Buyer’s agreement to purchase the Goods at the specified price. Personal data related to the delivery of the Goods will not be shared with third parties, except for Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post) and Maksekeskus AS, which are involved in ensuring the delivery of the order.

Delivery

The Buyer can choose the most convenient delivery method:

  • Pickup at a dog show organized by LKF/FCI, by contacting us in advance via info@ozi-home.lv to agree on the date and time.

  • Pickup from an Omniva parcel locker within 2–5 business days. To collect the shipment, an individual access code will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided in the order. After entering the code into the parcel locker, the compartment containing your shipment will open.

Parcels can be collected from the locker 24 hours a day. If the shipment is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. The Buyer pays for the shipping costs and the Goods together, prior to receiving confirmation and delivery from the Seller. The delivery cost is included in the invoice.

The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day. However, order processing by the Seller is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00. No order processing takes place on Saturdays or Sundays. The Contract comes into effect when the Buyer has paid for the ordered goods and the funds have been credited to the Seller’s bank account. This Contract is governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of this Contract and agrees to comply with and fulfill them.

This Contract is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read the terms of this Contract and agrees to comply with and fulfill them. The Buyer is informed that the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Contract at any time.
